Why a foundry, why Malaysia.
Software vendors sell licenses and leave. We started Alnaire on a different premise: the industries most underserved by software — legal transcription, enterprise voice, land surveying, event operations — do not need another dashboard. They need a firm willing to build the system, deploy it, and keep operating it once it carries real work.
Malaysia is the base for that work by design, not by default. Government and regulated-sector clients here need a vendor that understands the local compliance and language environment directly, not through a regional reseller. Building from Putrajaya puts us close to the institutions we serve, while the engineering standard we hold ourselves to is international.
The name follows the same logic. Alnair — ألنير, al-nayyir, "the bright one" — is the traditional Arabic name for the brightest star in the constellation Grus, drawn from the long Arabic tradition of naming and cataloguing the night sky. Arab astronomers charted stars for navigation, not decoration; we take the name in that spirit. Alnaire is the anchor star; each venture we build is a star in its own right, placed and named with the same discipline.
HOW WE BUILD
AI-native, closed-loop.
Alnaire is an AI-native company. We build firms and systems with AI in the operating core from the first day: the system runs the workflow. AI is not a feature added to a process that already works around it — it is the process. Every venture we build is instrumented the same way, and we run Alnaire itself on the same terms we ask of the industries we serve.
The distinction that matters is the control loop. Most companies run open: work happens, and results are reported later. When the state of a business is only visible at the next review, the question of what to fix becomes an argument, and the argument tends toward who is at fault. A closed loop removes the delay, and with it much of the politics.
Our objective is outward. We run this way, our ventures instrument the industries they serve this way, and our aim is to help client organisations become AI-native, closed-loop companies themselves — so that the state of work is shared fact, and improvement is a matter of engineering rather than of who reports what to whom.

- Work happens, and results are reported later. Decisions wait for the weekly, monthly, or quarterly review. By the time the data arrives, the moment to act has passed.

- The system measures itself as it runs. Work, jobs, and resources are visible as they move. Feedback returns to the process at operating tempo, and corrections happen when the problem appears, not at the next review.
The consequence is plain. When the state of work is shared fact, improvement stops being an argument. Less politics, fewer pointed fingers: the question shifts from who failed to what to fix, and everyone is positioned to help solve it.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Commitments, not slogans.
A foundry that hands off a product at launch has not finished the job. We stay in the loop after deployment — support, iteration, and the operating discipline a regulated client expects from a vendor of record.
Every figure on this site can be checked. We do not publish deployment counts, client counts, or outcomes we cannot stand behind if a government reviewer or a law firm partner asks.
We embed in a vertical before we design a system for it. Transcription, telephony, land surveying, event operations — each has its own regulatory grain and workflow logic that a generic platform cannot absorb after the fact.
Information security and AI governance are built into the pipeline, not bolted on before an audit. ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 are engineering programmes here, run alongside product work.
THE TEAM
A collective discipline.
Alnaire is built by engineers, domain specialists, and operators working as one team rather than separate functions. Engineers hold the pipeline and the infrastructure. Domain specialists — trained in law, event operations, surveying, and telephony — hold the workflow logic that makes each venture defensible in its vertical. Operators carry the systems after launch: monitoring, quality review, and the client-facing discipline that keeps a deployed product accountable. We speak for the firm here rather than through individual profiles; the work is the introduction.

Headquartered in Putrajaya. Built for regulated markets.
Alnaire is headquartered in Putrajaya, Malaysia's federal administrative capital. Proximity to government ministries and regulated institutions is an operating advantage here, not a limitation: it shortens the distance between a compliance requirement and the engineering that answers it.
Our teams operate bilingually in Bahasa Malaysia and English, a requirement for the government and legal-sector clients we serve, and we hold our engineering and delivery standard to an international bar — the same posture we bring to venture expansion across Southeast Asia.
Data sovereignty follows the same logic. Our applications are hosted in the AWS Malaysia Region, so client data stays in the country — a posture regulated and government buyers can verify against their own residency requirements rather than take on trust.
