Optopaz is the site operations platform for businesses that run physical locations. We own the workflow from an operating standard or external-system event to completed, evidenced, and approved action, so that work across every property, store, outlet, facility, department, shift, location, and asset is executed through one controlled operational process rather than dispersed across paper, spreadsheets, and messages.

The problem across the verticals

Businesses that operate physical locations already have systems that record transactions — property management systems for hotels, point-of-sale and inventory and ERP for retailers and restaurants, asset registers and building systems for facility managers. These systems know that a guest checked out, a sale occurred, or an asset exists. They do not reliably ensure that the physical and operational work required because of those events was completed correctly, on time, and with evidence.

That work still runs through printed checklists, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and supervisors walking the floor. Headquarters publishes a standard, but each location interprets and records it differently, and management only sees the result after the shift, week, or month has ended, once the chance to intervene has passed. Digital checklist and audit tools digitise the form but often stop before the failure becomes assigned work, an SLA, a cross-department dependency, and a verified closure — leaving an organisation with many systems of record and no reliable system of action.

The system

Optopaz is a Site Operations Execution & Assurance OS that converts standards, routines, system events, and management decisions into assigned, measurable, and verified action. Central teams define operating standards, evidence requirements, SLA policies, and escalation paths; Optopaz distributes them to the correct sites, departments, roles, shifts, and assets, and controls which version is active and how its execution must be proven.

The defining interaction is deliberately simple: scan, choose, prove, submit. An employee scans a QR code, Optopaz identifies the site, asset, shift, and applicable routine, and the employee submits a structured response with evidence. When a check fails, Optopaz creates the issue, assigns it, starts the SLA, and escalates it by policy — the standard, the failure, the evidence, the corrective work, and the approval stay connected as one record. A routine ends when the required outcome has been achieved and proven, not when a form is submitted.

Optopaz does not replace property, point-of-sale, ERP, or maintenance systems — it becomes the system of action and proof around them, giving management a live view of incomplete work, SLA risk, and site readiness rather than retrospective reporting. It is being developed as a family of independent vertical products — Hospitality, Retail, Foodservice, and Facilities — sharing one operating philosophy. Optopaz is in product definition, Malaysia first, designed for expansion across South-East Asia, and is built and operated within Alnaire’s vertical AI foundry.
