Alnaire is a vertical AI foundry. We do not place a single bet on one product. We build, deploy, and operate a portfolio of AI-native companies from one operating model — and we are raising to launch the ventures in our pipeline and expand them beyond Malaysia.
The starting market is deliberate. Malaysia is regulated, multilingual, and multicultural: a product that clears that bar is built to travel. Our ventures are engineered from the first day for Southeast Asia and the wider region, not retrofitted for it later.
THE THESIS
Vertical AI compounds where horizontal software cannot.
Horizontal software reaches every industry only in part, because a general tool cannot hold a specific standard. A vertical AI company that owns the workflow — and operates it — owns the data, the standard, and the relationship. That is where defensibility lives, and regulated markets reward it with durability.
A foundry turns that into a repeatable machine. Each venture is a real company with its own market; the foundry is the discipline that produces them and the platform every one of them inherits.

The firm
Alnaire Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company run by engineers, domain specialists, and operators who build and operate what they sell. We hold ourselves to a formal assurance posture — ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001, both in progress — and to sovereign data handling in the AWS Malaysia Region. The discipline our government and enterprise clients require is the discipline an investor is backing.
The founder
Alnaire is founded by an operator whose career is in global enterprise infrastructure: managing software development at IBM, and building data-centre and server estate at scale with T-Systems and Shell. That standard now runs a portfolio of vertical AI companies.
