These terms govern your use of this website, alnaire.com, operated by Alnaire Sdn Bhd ("Alnaire", "we", "us"). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They do not govern the products built and operated by our ventures. Penavis, TELIXIS, CEVENTUS, meetmelisa, Dasterra, MelisaGuide, and Optopaz each publish their own terms, governing their own products, on their own domains.

2. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, layout, and the Alnaire constellation mark on this site belong to Alnaire Sdn Bhd unless otherwise noted. "Alnaire" and the names of our ventures are our marks. You may view and reference this site to evaluate Alnaire and its ventures; you may not copy, reproduce, or republish it for commercial use, or use our marks, without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to: harvest or scrape its content or contact details by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it; interfere with its operation or security, including its bot-protection measures; submit false information or impersonate another person through the contact form; or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

4. Informational content, not an offer

This site describes Alnaire, its foundry model, its ventures, and its capabilities. Its content is provided for information. It is not a warranty, an offer, or a contractual commitment regarding any product or service. Product terms, service levels, and warranties for a given venture are set out on that venture's own site or in a separate agreement.
